"Absolutely useless boomer insurance. Their agents are more than willing to call you to up sell new products, but when you've had an accident or issue, you're on your own. I was rear ended and in severe pain, called them about my accident and informed by the girl on the phone to "call the other drivers insurance." I pay YOU to handle this and you pass the buck? State Farm's website is beyond hopeless. You can't cancel a policy unless you talk to your agent. So if you're already fed up with said agent then they can't help you, other than "change your agent" which will take 7-14 days to complete... In 2024, how are you this incompetent? This agency, and its agents are for the elderly who are afraid of websites."
